Refund Policy

At Cell Insight, we strive to offer transparent and patient-friendly diagnostic services. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Cancellation Before Service

  • Full refunds will be issued if you cancel your test or appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations must be made through phone, email, or our website.


2. No Refund After Sample Collection

  • Once a sample has been collected, no refund will be provided—even if the test is not processed due to external factors (e.g., inadequate sample, wrong patient details).

  • In case of genuine service errors from our side (e.g., wrong test performed), we will offer a free re-test or a full refund.


3. Service Not Delivered

If Cell Insight is unable to perform the test due to internal reasons (e.g., equipment failure, technical error), a 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days.


4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer) used at the time of booking. For offline payments, a bank transfer may be arranged.


5. Refund Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Delays, if any, are subject to your bank/payment gateway.
