At Cell Insight, we strive to offer transparent and patient-friendly diagnostic services. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Full refunds will be issued if you cancel your test or appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellations must be made through phone, email, or our website.
Once a sample has been collected, no refund will be provided—even if the test is not processed due to external factors (e.g., inadequate sample, wrong patient details).
In case of genuine service errors from our side (e.g., wrong test performed), we will offer a free re-test or a full refund.
If Cell Insight is unable to perform the test due to internal reasons (e.g., equipment failure, technical error), a 100% refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer) used at the time of booking. For offline payments, a bank transfer may be arranged.
Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Delays, if any, are subject to your bank/payment gateway.
